A new lens!

I bought a new lens (Tokina AF 100mm f/2.8 AT-X Pro D Macro) this week and wanted to try it out. Luckily, I was in DC and the azaleas were blooming @ the National Arboretum.

The Beginning

I've always wondered what it would be like to have a blog. I read a few blogs pretty regularly (i.e. Engadget, Gizmodo, Ken Rockwell, etc.) but never "took the plunge" myself because I never had a subject. I've always felt that the blogs that are focused are more interesting. No one wants to endure the tangential ramblings of anyone really.

In the spirit of "getting to the point," I've found what I believe to be a focus: photography.
